韩国最大的航运企业申请破产保护

8月31日，韩进海运公司在理事会会议上决定向首尔中央地方法院申请法定管理。

据报道，韩进海运公司于8月25日向债权方提出以韩进集团出资5000亿韩元（约合4.5亿美元）资金为核心内容的自主重建计划，但遭到债权方的拒绝。

　　韩进海运最大债权人韩国产业银行（KDB）在8月30日召开了“关于是否继续对韩进海运追加资金支援”的债权团会议并对外正式宣布，债权银行决定自9月4日起停止对该公司提供财务援助。由此，无法进行正常经营的韩进海运在8月31日结束董事会议后，向首尔中央地方法院申请破产保护管理。

　　韩进海运是韩国最大的航运企业，旗下拥有101艘各类集装箱船，总运力达到62.54万标准箱，运力位列全球第8位。随着韩进海运的破产，全球航运业陷入一片混乱。昨日上午，中远海运已经宣布全面暂停与韩进的换舱合作。
