The third quarter of Sumsoar group new employee training activities successfully concluded
In order to make new employees integrate into the enterprise environment more quickly and cultivate good working attitude and professional quality, the third quarter training activity for new employees of Sumsoar group was held successfully in youth e bar on November 3.
This training provides new employees with a comprehensive understanding of the company's general situation, culture and system through corporate culture learning, rules and regulations training, department communication skills promotion and other activities, and further enhances the sense of collective honor and enterprise belonging of new employees.
The explanation of the use of enterprise ERP system is one of the important links of this training.
