Sumsoar group started training activities for intermediate managers in early 2018

In order to improve the comprehensive quality of managers,the company held the training activity for intermediate managers (the first phase) in youth E bar at the beginning of 2018 of Sumsoar group on October 11.

The first training activity was officially launched under the leadership of Jiawang Zhang, head of the human resources department. The trainees were divided into eight groups according to draw lots. In the later training process, the eight groups of elites will learn theoretical knowledge in the form of teamwork and broaden their work horizon.


In the activity, chairman's assistant Xinping Bao gave a speech and lecture. Bao first briefly explain form, content and discipline of the training activity , he stressed that as a company manager, not only to earnestly, completes the labor of duty, more should continue to strengthen its own construction, to translate into the ability and the training results of effective performance of ascension, to promote the development of high quality and efficiency of the enterprise.

Then, the group members were assigned to discuss and express their opinions on the three topics of "where should the department leaders spend the most time", "six issues for efficient management" and "Wolf culture in the enterprise". On the basis of feeling, thinking and understanding of the trainees, Bao combined with the actual work of the group to decompose the theme, interpret the key points, enhance the understanding of the management work and lay a solid foundation for the improvement ability.

Finally, Zhang explained the process of staff entry and exit in detail to strengthen talent introduction and optimize team personnel structure.


The training will last for 4 months, and professional instructors with excellent theoretical and practical experience will be invited to give lectures. The trainees are expected to have correct learning attitude, actively participate in learning and training, and gradually break through their own limitations and improve their comprehensive quality.
